Wohoooo Finally found the flamer mod for enclave plasma gun. I did server hop for 1 -2 hrs can't remember and I got this mod from watoga station. I read somewhere that it can spawn at 3 vendors i.e. watoga station, watoga shopping mall vendor and R&G station. What I did was had my survival camp at R&G station and 1 camp near Watoga station.
