Don't know if you still need this or not but you can do it with Auto Cream API. Works with any steam game, instructions are in the forum under "USAGE". 1- Yes it works on legit games. 2 - I unlocked the expansions for grim dawn and i can play online with other users, don't know about other online games. 3- No you wont be vac banned. Its not unknow, a lot of cracked games uses cream api to unlock dlc. may not work on online game because of serverside checks.
